We will send items out within 1 business day by DHL, after receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you will be able to check the order status by www.dhl.com. During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. In order to make sure package safety, a signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered.

*Within 7-30 days, only accept exchange, while you need to charge the shipping fee

*Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for an exchange.

*All hair must be returned in original package(unaltered, unworn, undamaged ), please put small value under $20 to ensure we can get the hair via DHL or EMS, Don't Use USPS, it is not available.
